FAQ's

We don’t perform exchanges ourselves — we only show the fastest and most reliable route for your GEO and payment method.

Rates, reserves and deal statuses come directly via partner API integrations and are updated in real time — without manual intervention.

An aggregator does not hold funds and does not perform the exchange itself — it shows offers from partner exchangers and redirects you to their website.

We only connect exchangers that send data directly and automatically, without manual edits. Before listing, each service is checked, and later its reputation is formed based on factual data:

  • all deals are recorded in a blockchain log;
  • reviews can be left only by real users with a deal ID;
  • speed and stability directly affect position in the listing — we don’t sell placements and don’t run paid ads.

If an exchanger delays payouts or ignores disputes, this information becomes public and affects its rating. As a result, only services that work stably and honestly remain in the aggregator.

Before being added, every exchanger is reviewed to make sure users get a reliable service. After that, the system itself analyses deals — successful, delayed and disputed ones. Data on completed deals is written to the blockchain log.

This protects not only customers but also honest partners: stable performance directly improves their rating and the number of deals.

Yes. You can leave a review only after a real deal, using the transaction ID.

If a dispute arises, it is public. We don’t delete reviews and don’t tweak the rating.

No, we don’t charge any fee. A fee may only be charged by the exchanger you choose.

The “fastest route” is determined from statistics on completed deals for your GEO and exchange direction. The base speed is adjusted with penalties for delays, disputes and unstable reserves — so the top positions go to truly fast and reliable routes.

We only show directions where partner exchangers have active reserves and confirmed speed statistics. Just select currencies in the exchange block on the main page — the system will automatically pick available routes for your GEO and payment method.

We don’t perform KYC ourselves, but some exchangers may require it according to their rules and your jurisdiction’s laws. This is indicated in the exchanger card before you start a deal.

Minimum and maximum amounts are set by the exchanger and the payment system. All limits are shown in the card before the deal starts, and routes that don’t fit your parameters are hidden from the listing.

If you have specific amount requirements, use the “Filter” button and set the minimums or maximums you need to find a suitable exchanger.

The web version is fully adapted for mobile devices. A separate app doesn’t exist yet — it’s on our roadmap.

Click “Write a review” in the exchanger card. We’ll notify the exchanger, start an SLA timer and escalate if it is breached. This directly affects its rating and visibility.

Rates are updated every few seconds. Differences can occur due to market volatility or data update delays. We always show the current data at the moment of your request.

No. We don’t accept or store money. The exchange happens directly on the side of the chosen service.

We don’t chase quantity — only quality. The aggregator shows only exchangers with direct, verifiable data feeds. That’s why there are fewer of them, but each one is reliable.

This lets us guarantee real data, a fair rating and fast deal processing.

We are open to partnerships with exchangers that support automatic data transfer (via public or partner API).

This kind of integration guarantees honest metrics and user trust — without manual updates or risk of errors.

After a test deal, your service will appear in the listing and rating, where users see real data about speed and stability.

Leave a request in the «Partnership» section and we’ll get in touch about connecting.
